The platform supports device connection over raw TCP or UDP sockets using Shared or Private Service Access Points.

The service can also provide acknowledgement using the device assisted acknowledgement for raw sockets feature for both TCP and UDP if required.

Further, all major IoT protocols are supported over UDP or TCP sockets as described in the Service Access Point Section.
